DELIVERY CONDITIONS

For orders with an amount equal to or greater than 60€ the shipping costs will be free within the Peninsula.

Where I can get my order?

You can request home delivery to the address you choose within the national territory of Spain. It can be your private address or that of the person you want to give away, your place of work, your temporary address …

 

How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time will vary depending on the delivery address.

Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands and countries of the European Union: consult in advance through the email info@bebelux.es indicating the products requested and the delivery address. BEBELUX will respond to your email by communicating the amount of shipping costs, payment method and delivery method of your Order.

If your purchase is made before 1pm, the order will be sent the next day. Delivery times may vary from 4 to 6 days, depending on the country. There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Delivery times may vary in days of unusual demand. To take into account specific dates of the year where the transport service is saturated and overwhelmed, as Christmas. From BEBELUX we advise you to anticipate a few days to place orders.

Confirmed the order is understood when in purchases with payment by transfer we have the confirmation of the receipt of the transfer by our bank.

 

Return of an item

If, when you receive your order, you are not satisfied, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to execute the right of return.

The merchandise must be unused, with no signs of use, without scratches, breakage or damage.

It is absolutely necessary that the user / buyer send photos to info@bebelux.es of the defects or damages where they are appreciated in detail. If the defect or damage is in the malfunction of the article or its assembly, then it will also be necessary for the user / buyer to send a video that clearly shows what the problem is at the time of assembly or operation. These photos and videos will be valid for BEBELUX to assess that it really is a defect or damage.

After this, BEBELUX will contact the transport company to remove the package. Once the condition of the package has been received, reviewed and checked, it will be sent to the transportation company so that it can leave an equal one, and there may be a difference of hours or days between the collection and the shipment.

Any returned product that is not received in perfect condition and in its original packaging will not be accepted.

The return of the product once used or if it has been altered or modified will not be accepted.

The item to be returned must arrive at BEBELUX in its original packaging. It must be properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transportation. The carrier may refuse the collection of the product in case the transport packaging is insufficient to ensure its correct shipment.

The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been a manufacturing error when selecting it in its stores and sending it.

Once the merchandise has been received in the factory, and after checking the status of the merchandise, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method made by the customer.

BEBELUX offers the customer the possibility of managing the return of the product through our usual messaging to ensure that the product returns in perfect condition and we can track the product.

The direct cost of the return of the good or service will be assumed by the client as set out in the Consumer and Users Act.
